Delivery and Safety Policy
GENERAL POLICY AND OPERATIONS GUIDE
- All orders that are received by 5:00 PM (Sun- Thurs.)Will be processed the same day and may be delivered as soon the next business day and no later than 2 business days.
- There are no Friday or Sunday deliveries at this time.
- Orders submitted on Friday will be processed on Sunday.
- Orders received after 5:00 PM will be processed the next day.
- You will receive an email notification advising you that your order is out for delivery that day.
- In the rare event of an item being shorted, you will receive an email notification of what was shorted along with an adjusted refund.
- There are no returns on any merchandise that was delivered in good condition.
- Once an order is submitted it cannot be cancelled or modified.
- Any quality issues or other claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order by reaching our friendly and helpful Customer Service Department at 718-301-7020 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
In order to ensure availability for ALL CUSTOMERS there is a current “3 case limit” on all items and a 2 or 1 case limit on a select few items.
DELIVERY AND SAFETY POLICY
- Delivery times are from 8AM – 8PM
- Delivery days are Monday – Thursday at this time.
- Due to Covid-19 concerns, all deliveries are outside deliveries only. For your safety as well as ours, drivers are not allowed to enter any buildings or homes, including lobbies etc.
- We do not require any signatures on delivery.
- Our drivers will be taking a picture of your delivered order as verification of delivery to be kept on file.
- If you have any issue with your received delivery, please contact our Customer Service Department at 718-301-7020 or via email at email@example.com as soon as possible.
- Please include your original confirmation order number with your correspondence
- Our Friendly and helpful Customer Service Department is open Monday – Thursday from 9 AM - 5 PM and Friday 9 AM – 1 PM
